This beautiful apartment has a view over the garden and the old town in Reykjavik. A balcony opens from the kitchen. The living room is open into the dining room with seating for four. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower complete the apartment. There is one bedroom with double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed that two can sleep in.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix installed, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, small DVD library and books.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kattle, tableware and all you need to prepare a meal.
